DRILL Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and RGGame ("we") regarding the game DRILL. By signing in to the game, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. Who can play
- The game is for persons aged 18 or older.
- Sign-in is through a Google account. One Google account — one game account.
- The game is currently in testing: rules, balance and content may change, and progress from test seasons may be reset.
2. Fair play
The following is prohibited:
- having several accounts (multi-accounting) or handing your account over to others;
- using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or any other automation of the game;
- deliberately exploiting bugs in the game — please report them on our Discord;
- arranging market deals to move resources between accounts (funneling). A market deal between accounts from the same network or the same device is treated as funneling and closes market selling for both accounts;
- interfering with the servers or bypassing restrictions and protections;
- insulting other players or using offensive or impersonating nicknames.
To protect the game from bots, the system assesses signs of automation and may ask you to confirm you are present with the "I'm here" button. When several signs appear, a warning that the account is being monitored is shown in the Trust Rating. For violations, we may restrict market selling, lower the Trust Rating, cancel anything obtained in breach of the rules, or block the account. You can appeal a decision with the review form in the game ("Season" → "Rating") or on our Discord — a human will review the account.
3. In-game items
- Resources, items, Gems, boosters, oil and other in-game items are a license to use them in the game, not property. They have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the game expressly provides for it.
- Seasons end with the Rift: most resources and levels are reset under the game rules; what survives the Rift (Gems, stabilized resources, cosmetics) is stated in the game.
- The market consists of deals between players under the game rules, with a fee. We do not guarantee prices or the availability of goods.
- For now, the USDC balance in the game is a test balance with no real value; no real payment is charged. If paid purchases are introduced, their terms, including the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content, will be published before they launch.
4. Account
You are responsible for the security of your Google account. If you suspect someone else has access, press "Sign out on all devices" in the Account window and message us on our Discord. You can have your account and data deleted by request on our Discord.
5. Availability and changes to the game
We try to keep the game running without interruption but do not guarantee it: breaks for updates and technical failures are possible. We may change the game, its balance and these terms. We will announce material changes to the terms in the game; by continuing to play after them, you accept the new version.
6. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for loss of in-game items due to failures or rule violations, or for the actions of other players. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by mandatory consumer protection law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time. We may terminate access to an account for a material or repeated breach of these terms.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union and the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Please write to us first — we resolve most issues by correspondence. Consumers in the EU may also go to court at their place of residence.
